小龙潭褐煤流化床气化规律的研究

摘要 为研究温度、给水量和煤的粒径对流化床煤气化特性的影响,在自主设计的小型电加热鼓泡流化床试验装置上,对褐煤进行水蒸气为气化剂的煤气化试验研究.研究结果表明:随着温度的升高,气化产物中H_(2)和CO浓度升高,CO_(2)的浓度稍有减小,碳转化率、冷煤气热值和产气率上升.随煤粒径的增加,气化产物中H_(2)、CO和CO_(2)浓度逐渐升高,后两者升高速率较慢,碳转化率、冷煤气热值和产气率都在增加且增加的速率比较快;随给水量的增加,气化产物中H_(2)、CO、CO _(2)和CH_(4)浓度均呈先上升后降低趋势,碳转化率、冷煤气热值、和产气率H_(2)/CO的比率都是先增大后减小且减小的幅度很大. In order to research the impact of temperature,water flow and particle size on process of fluidized bed coal gasification,a series of experiments on partial gasification of lignite were carried out in a self-designed fluidized bed gasifier using lignite as feedstock.The results show that the carbon conversion rate,calorific value of cold gas,gas production rate,the concentration of H_(2) and CO in the gasification product increased with the increasing of temperature,the while the concentration of CO_(2) decreases slightly.The concentrations of H_(2),CO and CO_(2) in the gasification products increased with the increasing of coal particle size,while the carbon conversion rate,calorific value of cold gas and gas production rate were also increased.With the increase of water flow supply,the concentrations of H_(2),CO,CO_(2) and CH_(4) in the gasification products increased first and then decreased,while coal particle size,while the carbon conversion rate,calorific value of cold gas and gas production rate increase at the beginning and then decrease.
