摘要
针对天然气长输管道输差控制问题,本次研究首先对输差的概念以及计算方法进行分析,在此基础上,对输差问题出现的原因进行探讨,提出天然气长输管道输差的控制措施,为全面降低天然气输送过程中的输差奠定基础。研究表明:在进行天然气介质输送的过程中,输差问题会对介质交易的公平性产生严重影响,其中,设备设计安装因素、维检修作业损失因素、仪表因素以及人为因素是输差问题出现的重要原因,因此,需要从强化计量设备管理、严格遵守设计标准及安装规范、合理进行放空作业及维检修、强化人员管理等角度出发,采取多种类型的措施,对输差问题进行全面控制。
In response to the control problem of the transmission deviation of the natural gas long transmission pipeline,this study first analyzes the concept and calculation method of the deviation of the drop-out. On this basis,the cause of the drifting problem is discussed,and the natural gas long transmission pipeline has fallen deviation.Control measures laid the foundation for comprehensively reducing the deviation in the process of natural gas transportation. Studies have shown that during the process of transmission of natural gas media,the existence of the negative problem will have a serious impact on the fairness of the medium transaction. Among them,the equipment design and installation factors,the loss of the loss of the maintenance operation,the instrumental factors,and the human factors are important reasons for the negative problem. Therefore,it is necessary to start from the perspective of strengthening the management of metering equipment,strictly abide by design standards and installation specifications,reasonably carried out operations,maintenance,and strengthen personnel management. A variety of measures are adopted to comprehensively control the problem of negatives.
