树立以学生发展为中心的理念 促进大学物理课程体系的改革与创新 被引量:4

摘要 本文基于国内高等教育所面临的“重科研,轻教学;重专业、轻基础”的双重现状,以本科大学物理教学为切入点,分析了大学物理教师参与教学研究和教学改革的积极性不足;大学物理基础课的教学地位长期得不到足够的重视;学生对大学物理的学习积极性不高等基本现状;提出了有关物理教学的若干改革与创新的路径:加强基层教学组织和制度建设,促进教师教学水平的提高;坚持课程思政,开展教材建设和MOOC建设,努力提高课堂教学质量;积极进行课程教学的制度建设;创新建设以学生发展为中心的学习评价体系;并持续多年进行了有益的教学改革实践,取得了显著成效,其中若干教改经验总结于本文,以飨同仁。 Based on the current situation of emphasizing scientific research over teaching, and specialization over foundation in domestic higher education, this paper analyzes the lack of enthusiasm of physics teachers to participate in teaching research and teaching reform, the lack of attention to the importance of University Physics as a foundation course, and the lack of motivation from students. As the same time, the approaches to conducting reform and innovation are also proposed in this article, namely, strengthening class organization and system construction to improve teaching quality for teachers;promoting teaching quality by incorporating the ideological and political theories, enhancing teaching materials construction and MOOC construction;actively carrying out the system construction of course teaching and building the student development-centered evaluation system. We have also carried out useful teaching reform for many years and achieved remarkable results. Therein some teaching-reform experiences are summarized to share with our colleagues.
