摘要
在化工企业的生产过程中,应当注重质量监测和管理,有效保障产品的质量,才能促进化工企业可持续发展。鉴于此,文章围绕化工企业质量检测和管理问题展开论述,分析了化工企业质量监测的重要价值和当前存在的主要问题,基于实践的层面提出化工企业质量检测管理的实施策略,包括改变质检观念,重视专业机构的建设;提高检测精度,保证检测结果的权威;加强监督管理,完善质检工作的机制;重视团队建设,提高检测人员的能力。
In the production process of chemical enterprises,we should pay attention to quality monitoring and management,and effectively ensure the quality of products in order to promote the sustainable development of chemical enterprises.In view of this,the article focuses on the quality inspection and management of chemical enterprises,analyzes the important value of the quality monitoring of chemical enterprises and the main problems currently existing,and puts forward the implementation strategy of the quality inspection management of chemical enterprises based on practice,including changing the quality inspection concept and attaching importance to the construction of professional institutions,improving the detection accuracy and ensure the authority of the detection results,strengthening supervision and management,and improve the quality inspection mechanism,and paying attention to team building and improve the ability of testers.
