摘要
实施乡村振兴战略,是中国共产党第十九次全国代表大会提出的重大战略决策,也是全面建成小康社会、实现中华民族伟大复兴中国梦的重大历史任务。该文立足当前乡村振兴的大背景,以安徽省为例,从安徽省近年来取得的脱贫攻坚成果展开,探讨乡村振兴战略下返贫阻断建议机制构建,旨在将巩固脱贫攻坚成果与乡村振兴牢牢扭住、有效衔接,更好推动新时期“三农”工作重心的历史性转移。
Implementing the strategy of rural rejuvenation is not only a major strategic decision put forward by the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,but also a major historical task for us in building a well-off society in an all-round way and realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.Based on the current background of rural revitalization,and taking Anhui Province as an example,this paper starts with the achievements of poverty alleviation in Anhui Province in recent years,and discusses the construction of the suggestion mechanism of blocking the sinking back into poverty under the rural revitalization strategy.The aim is to firmly grasp and effectively link up the achievements of poverty alleviation and rural revitalization,so as to better promote the historical transfer of the focus of the work of"agriculture,rural areas and farmers"in the new era.
