摘要
目的探讨行走与站立平衡训练方案对全髋关节置换术患者术后早期康复的影响,为改善患者术后平衡能力、髋关节功能提供帮助。方法2019年1月至2020年12月,采用便利抽样选取某三级医院骨科行全髋关节置换术(total hip arthroplasty,THA)患者139例为研究对象。按随机数字表将其分为对照组(n=69)和观察组(n=70)。对照组给予常规护理与康复;观察组在常规护理与康复基础上进行早期行走与站立平衡训练。干预8周后,比较两组患者平衡能力与髋关节功能。结果干预前,两组患者患者平衡能力与髋关节功能的差异均无统计学意义(均P<0.05)。干预后,两组平衡能力与髋关节功能较干预前有所提升(均P<0.05),且观察组平衡能力与髋关节功能优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论行走与站立平衡训练方案能提高全髋关节置换术患者术后平衡能力与髋关节功能,建议推广。
Objective To explore the effect of walking and standing balance training program on the early postoperative rehabilitation of patients undergoing total hip arthroplasty(THA)and to provide help for improving postoperative balance ability and hip function of patients.Methods From January 2019 to December 2020,139 patients who underwent THA in the Department of Orthopedics of a tertiary A hospital were selected as the research objects by convenience sampling method.According to the random number table,they were divided into control group(n=69)and observation group(n=70).The control group received routine nursing and rehabilitation.The observation group received early walking and standing balance training on the basis of routine nursing rehabilitation.After 8 weeks of intervention,the balance ability and hip joint function were compared between the two groups.Results Before intervention,there was no significant difference in patient balance ability and hip joint function between the two groups(all P<0.05).After intervention,the balance ability and hip joint function of the two groups were improved compared with those before intervention(all P<0.05),and the balance ability and hip joint function of the observation group were better than those of the control group.The differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusions Walking and standing balance training program can improve the balance ability and hip function of patients undergoing THA,which has certain clinical signficance.
