摘要
“教为不教”理念是叶圣陶先生教育思想的精髓,提倡学生终身发展,促进学生成长成才。“教为不教”理念为中职思政课教学革新指明了方向,强化思政课育人功能,助力于学生核心素养的培养,提升中职思政课实践的有效性。基于此,依据“教为不教”理念的内涵,分析“教为不教”理念下中职思政课堂培养学生核心素养的要求及价值,并提出“教为不教”理念下中职思政课培养学生核心素养的实践路径。
The concept of “teaching for not teaching” is the essence of Ye Shengtao’s educational thoughts.It advocates the lifelong development of students,and promotes the growth of students.The concept of “teaching for not teaching” points out the direction for the teaching reform of ideological and political courses in secondary vocational schools,strengthens the educational function of ideological and political courses,helps to cultivate students’ core literacy,and improves the effectiveness of the practice of ideological and political courses in secondary vocational schools.Based on the connotation of the concept of “teaching for not teaching”,this paper analyzes the requirements and values of cultivating students’ core literacy in secondary vocational ideological and political courses under the concept of “teaching for not teaching”,and proposes the practical path of cultivating students’ core literacy in secondary vocational ideological and political courses under the concept of “teaching for not teaching”.
