摘要
目的:分析上海市某镇小学生群体视力不良和近视眼流行现状,为制定更有针对性的学生防近策略和措施提供依据。方法:2020年5月—6月采用整群抽样抽取上海市某镇15所小学1~5年级共12131名学生。根据检查结果分析不同年龄、性别发病、进展速度。结果:男生左眼、右眼视力不良率分别是45.90%、44.76%,女生左眼、右眼视力不良率分别是:50.71%、48.68%。男生近视率为32.80%,而女生近视率为35.60%;女生略高于男生,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。1~5年级近视眼的人数分别为:12.36%、23.37%、36.38%、49.24%、57.56%。多因素Logistic回归分析结果提示,父母患有近视、年龄的增长、用眼过度是视力不良和近视的不利因素(P<0.05);多休息对眼睛有保护意义(P<0.05)。结论:该镇小学生视力不良和近视眼人数逐年增加、人数不断增多,是多种因素综合作用的结果。
Objective To analyze the prevalence of poor vision and myopia among primary school students in a town of Shanghai,and to provide basis for formulating more targeted prevention strategies and measures for students.Methods A total of 12,131 primary school students from grade 1 to grade 5 in a certain town(May-June 2020)were selected to analyze the incidence and progression rate of different ages,genders according to the examination results.Results The rate of poor eyesight in left eye and right eye was 45.90%and 44.76%in boys,50.71%and 48.68%in girls.The myopia rate of boys was 32.80%,while that of girls was 35.60%.Girls are slightly higher than boys.The number of myopia from grade 1 to grade 5 were 12.36%,23.37%,36.38%,49.24%and 57.56%respectively.The results of multiple Logistic regression analysis indicated that parents with myopia,the increase of age,excessive use of the eye are the adverse factors of poor vision and myopia,and more rest has protective significance for the eyes.Conclusion The number of poor eyesight and myopia in primary school students in the town is increasing year by year,and the number is increasing,which is the result of a variety of factors.
