浓度直读法快速测定金银花中的氟

摘要 本实验选择郑州市区市售干金银花作为原材料,采用微波消解进行前处理,采用浓度直读法测定金银花中的氟含量。结果表明,该金银花中氟含量为26.21~34.19μg·g^(-1),5次平行测定实验的相对标准偏差为3.3%,加标回收率在92.70%~96.74%。该方法简便、快速,具有灵敏度好、准确度高、测定时间短等优点,可以应用到金银花氟元素测定研究当中。 In this experiment, the dry honeysuckle in Zhengzhou city were selected as the raw material, and the microwave digestion instrument was used for rapid digestion. Then the content of fluorine in honeysuckle was determined by the direct-reading concentration method. The results showed that the content fluorine was 26.21~34.19 μg·g^(-1), the RSD of the 5 parallel experiments of fluorine was 3.3%, and the recoveries were in the range of 92.70%~96.74%. This method is simple, rapid, with good sensitivity, high accuracy, short time. It can be applied to the study of the determination of fluorine in honeysuckle.
