摘要
课程改革制度创新与课程改革制度化、课程改革制度变迁既有联系又有区别。课程改革制度化是课程改革制度创新的前提,也是制度创新的应有之义。而课程改革制度变迁是制度的更迭,不一定伴随制度创新。课程改革制度创新是课程改革主体根据时代发展和改革需要,不断对相关制度进行构建、完善或者革新的过程。课程改革制度创新旨在以新的、更合理的制度来保障课程改革的秩序、激发课程改革的活力以及促进改革主体的发展。课程改革制度创新应坚持正确的方法论原则。我国的课程改革制度创新需要在习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想引领下科学开展,坚持中国特色、坚持问题导向、坚持全面协调、坚持公共品格等基本原则,以确保我国课程改革的科学推进。
There are both connections and differences between the institutional innovation of curriculum reform and the institutionalization of curriculum reform and the institutional change of curriculum reform.The institutionalization of curriculum reform is not only the premise of the institutional innovation of curriculum reform,but also the due meaning of institutional innovation.The institutional change of curriculum reform is the change of institution,not necessarily accompanied by institutional innovation.The institutional innovation of curriculum reform is a process in which the main body of curriculum reform constantly constructs,improves or innovates relevant systems according to the development of the times and the needs of reform.The institutional innovation of curriculum reform aims to ensure the order of curriculum reform,stimulate the vitality of curriculum reform and promote the development of the main body of curriculum reform with the new and more reasonable institutions.The institutional innovation of curriculum reform in China needs to be carried out scientifically under the guidance of the Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era with the basic principle of adhering to Chinese characteristics,problem orientation,comprehensive coordination and public character,to ensure the scientific promotion of China’s curriculum reform.
