摘要
目的观察并分析硝苯地平与对天麻钩藤汤老年高血压患者行双药联合治疗的效果。方法选取2020年4月至2021年4月被我院收治的89例老年高血压患者,采用随机数字表法将其分为两组,对照组患者使用硝苯地平治疗,在此基础上,观察组患者加用天麻钩藤汤治疗,对比两组患者疗效、血压以及治疗过程中出现不良反应的情况。结果在接受不同方案治疗后,与对照组患者进行比较,观察组患者所获疗效明显更高(P<0.05);在接受治疗前,两组患者血压水平相当(P>0.05),在治疗结束后,两组患者血压均得到改善,且与对照组患者进行比较,观察组患者SBP与DBP改善效果明显更优(P<0.05);在治疗过程中,两组患者出现不良反应的概率差异较小(P>0.05)。结论硝苯地平与天麻钩藤汤联合应用于老年高血压患者可以获得较好的效果,有效控制了患者血压,相较于单药治疗未明显增加不良反应,值得临床广泛应用。
Objective To explore and analyze the efficacy of nifedipine combined with gastrodia gouteng decoction in the treatment of elderly patients with hypertension.Methods 89 elderly patients with hypertension from April 2020 to April 2021 were selected and divided into two groups by random number table method.The control group was treated with nifedipine,on this basis,the observation group was treated with Tianma Guteng Decoction.The effecy,blood pressure of both groups were compared.Results After receiving different regimens,compared with the control group,the observation group had a significantly higher curative effect(P<0.05);Before treatment,there was no significant difference in blood pressure levels between the two groups(P>0.05).blood pressure in both groups was improved,and compared with the control group,the improvement effect of SBP and DBP in observation group was significantly better(P<0.05).During the treatment,the difference in the probability of adverse reactions between the two groups of patients was small(P>0.05).Conclusion Nifedipine combined with Tianma Gouteng Decoction in the treatment of elderly patients with hypertension can achieve good results,can help patients effectively control blood pressure,and less adverse reactions,has a high clinical promotion value.
