摘要
目的探讨多学科联合诊疗模式(MDT)在门诊中的应用效果.方法353例经医院门诊部诊治的患者依据入院时间分为对照组(113例,常规模式管理)、观察组(240例,MDT模式管理).比较两组人均诊断时间、人均检查时间、人均缴费时间、人均门诊停留时间、诊疗依从性、诊疗满意度和问题事件发生率.结果观察组人均诊断时间、人均检查时间、人均缴费时间、人均门诊停留时间较对照组明显缩短(p<0.05).观察组的问题事件总发生率明显低于对照组(p<0.05).结论MDT可明显提高门诊诊疗效率、患者诊疗依从性和就诊满意度,减少门诊过程中重复医治、排队时间久、漏诊等事件的发生.
Objective To explore the effect of multidisciplinary treatment(MDT)in outpatient department.Methods 353 patients who were diagnosed and treated in the outpatient department of the hospital were divided into control group(113 cases,managed by conventional mode)and observation group(240 cases,managed by MDT mode)according to their admission time.The per capita diagnosis time,per capita inspection time,per capita payment time,per capita outpatient stay time,diagnosis and treatment compliance,diagnosis and treatment satisfaction and the incidence of problem events were compared between the two groups.Results The per capita diagnosis time,per capita inspection time,per capita payment time,and per capita outpatient stay time in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(p<0.05).The total incidence of problem events in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(p<0.05).Conclusion MDT can significantly improve the efficiency of outpatient diagnosis and treatment,patients'compliance and satisfaction,and reduce the occurrence of repeated treatment,long waiting time,missed out and other events during outpatient process.
