加强套板式方钢管柱-H型钢梁节点力学性能研究 被引量:2

摘要 钢结构具有力学性能好、施工周期短、建筑布局灵活等众多优点。同时,修建钢结构建筑也是推动建筑工业化转型升级,推广绿色建筑,解决目前国内钢铁产能过剩的有效途径。因此,对钢结构连接的研究具有重要意义。本文利用ABAQUS有限元分析软件对加强套板式方钢管柱-H型钢梁节点力学性能进行研究。结果表明:1)该种节点比加强环式节点更容易实现塑性铰外移,且节点滞回曲线饱满,表现出良好的力学性能;2)加强套板长度对节点破坏形态影响较大,对节点的极限承载力影响较小;3)加强套板厚度对节点破坏形态及极限承载力影响均较大。 Steel structure has such advantages as good mechanical properties,short construction period,flexible building layout,etc.At the same time,constructing steel structure buildings is also an effective way to promote the transformation and upgradation of building industrialization,promote green buildings,and solve the current domestic steel overcapacity.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the connection of steel structures.In this paper,the mechanical properties of the reinforced plate-type square pipe column-H-beam nodes are studied by using ABAQUS finite element analysis software.The results show that:1)This kind of node is easier to realize the outward movement of the plastic hinge than the reinforced ring node,and the hysteresis curve of the node is full,showing good mechanical properties;2)The length of the reinforced plate has a great influence on the failure form of the node,which has a great impact on the node failure.The influence of the ultimate bearing capacity of the node is small;3)The thickness of the reinforced plate has a great influence on the failure form and the ultimate bearing capacity of the node.
