区域市场营销模式下的物资供应链管理思路

摘要 随着近几年我国基建市场行业的蓬勃发展与各施工企业专业化分工的进一步细化,大型施工企业纷纷在各省市级区域统筹推进区域市场营销模式。在施工企业区域市场营销模式下,如何统筹区域市场内的物资供应链管理,优化资源配置,降本增效,增强施工企业的市场竞争力,显得尤为重要。以某施工企业相关在建项目为例,对设备物资管理工作中的物资供应链管理模式及思路进行总结及探讨,旨在提升施工企业设备物资管理水平,降低物资材料成本。 With the vigorous development of infrastructure market industry in China in recent years and the further refinement of specialization division of labor between construction enterprises,large construction enterprises have coordinated promotion of regional marketing mode in provinces and municipalities.Under the regional marketing mode of construction enterprises,it is very important to coordinate the supply chain management of materials in the regional market,optimize resource allocation,reduce cost and increase efficiency,and strengthen the market competitiveness of construction enterprises.Taking a project as an example,this paper summarizes and discusses the material supply chain management mode and thinking in equipment and material management,aiming at improving the equipment and material management level of construction enterprises and reducing material cost.
