摘要
国有企业党建工作,与生产业务深度融合,其实指的是一种二者互相促进的状态。企业的经济效益不由分说是摆在前列的,党建工作是为了进一步推动企业效益的最大化,从效果反过来体现党建工作的重要程度。把党建和生产经营深度融合在一起,便是围绕生产经营,不断搭建党建活动的平台,努力做到两手抓,双促进,把党建工作成效转化为企业的发展能力以及竞争实力。
Party building of state-owned enterprises is deeply integrated with business of bio-industry.In fact,it refers to a state in which the two promote each other.The economic benefits of enterprises must be in the forefront.Party building is to further promote the maximization of enterprise benefits,which reflects the importance of Party building.The deep integration of Party building and production and operation is to build a platform for Party building activities around production and operation,and strive to achieve two-handed grasp and double promotion so as to transform the effectiveness of Party building into the development ability and competitive strength of enterprises.
