摘要
信息化时代促进市场对供应链的需求越来越多元化和个性化,供应链管理不应只注重追求速度,而要更多地向高品质供应链方向发展。面对多元化市场需求,供应链运行过程中的多主体性的特点使得供应链产生财务绩效的同时,还伴随着社会绩效和客户绩效的形成。而企业的内部资源是有限的,面对多个主体的绩效产出需求,供应链应该在实际运行过程中对绩效指标优先级进行科学排序,这对于供应链的设计和供应链绩效产出都会带来较大影响。在结合战略管理的评价指标下,运用层次分析法对供应链绩效选择优先级进行排序,结果表明客户绩效是作为供应链设计的首要考虑指标,财务绩效次之,社会绩效相对靠后。因此,我们要将重点资源投入供应链客户绩效的提升工作中,同时在财务绩效得到保证的前提下兼顾社会绩效,对供应链进行科学的设计,并采取适当措施规避可能存在的风险,保证供应链运行过程的稳定,以此来提升供应链内部企业的核心竞争力,促进企业的长远稳定发展。
The information age has promoted more and more diversification and individualization of market demand for supply chains.Supply chain management should no longer only focus on the pursuit of speed,but should develop more in the direction of high-quality supply chains.In the face of diversified market demands,the multi-subject nature of the supply chain’s operation process makes the supply chain produce financial performance,but it is also accompanied by the formation of social performance and customer performance.However,the internal resources of the enterprise are limited.Faced with the performance output requirements of multiple entities,the supply chain should prioritize the performance indicators scientifically in the actual operation process,which is important for the design of the supply chain and the performance of the supply chain.Output will have a greater impact.Based on the evaluation indicators of strategic management,the analytic hierarchy process is used to sort the supply chain performance selection priority.The results show that customer performance is the primary reference object for supply design,financial performance is the second,and social performance is the last.Therefore,we must devote key resources to the improvement of customer performance in the supply chain,while taking into account social performance under the premise of financial performance assurance,scientifically design the supply chain,and take appropriate measures to avoid possible risks to ensure the supply chain operation process In order to improve the core competitiveness of enterprise performance within the supply chain,and promote the long-term stable development of the enterprise.
