基于多体动力学的电动助力转向系统仿真与试验研究 被引量:2

SIMULATION AND EXPERIMENTAL RESEARCH OF ELECTRIC POWER STEERING SYSTEM BASED ON MULTI-BODY DYNAMICS

摘要 通过采集某款自主品牌电动汽车硬点数据,建立EPS动力学模型,并设计电动助力特性参数输入该模型。利用Adams进行转向性能仿真试验,验证模型的准确性,并对比分析有助力、无助力的不同情况下,方向盘输入力矩值及EPS输出力矩的变化关系。最后,利用实车路试和Adams整车仿真,开展转向盘中间位置操纵稳定性试验,试验结果表明,该车辆EPS系统助力设计合理,且在高速行驶工况下具备良好的操纵稳定性能。 By collecting the hard points data of an independent brand electric vehicle,EPS dynamic model was established and the assistance characteristic parameters of the model were designed.The steering simulation test was carried out by using ADAMS software.The accuracy of the model was verified.Relationship between steering wheel input torque and EPS output torque were compared and analyzed under different conditions with and without assistance.Finally,the real vehicle road test and Adams vehicle simulation were used.The steering wheel middle position handling stability test was carried out.The test results show that the EPS system is reasonably designed and has good handling and stability under high-speed driving conditions.
