摘要
早发性卵巢功能不全是女性在40岁前出现卵巢功能减退,患者有闭经、潮热、汗出等症状的妇科内分泌疾病。现代医学治疗早发性卵巢功能不全主要以激素替代为主,不良反应较多。中医药治疗早发性卵巢功能不全疗效显著,具有独特的优势。现从中医治疗早发性卵巢功能不全的机制入手,从神经内分泌、免疫功能、卵巢微环境、细胞自噬与凋亡、线粒体功能等多个角度探讨中药的作用机制,以期为中药治疗早发性卵巢功能不全提供新的思路和方法。
Premature ovarian insufficiency is a gynecological endocrine disease in which women experience ovarian insufficiency before the age of 40,and the patient has symptoms such as amenorrhea,hot flashes,and sweating.In modern medicine,hormone replacement is the main treatment for premature ovarian insufficiency with many adverse reactions.Traditional Chinese medicine has a significant effect in the treatment of premature ovarian insufficiency and has unique advantages.This paper discusses the mechanism of TCM in the treatment of premature ovarian dysfunction from the perspectives of neuroendocrine,immune function,ovarian microenvironment,autophagy and apoptosis,and mitochondrial function,in order to provide new ideas and methods for TCM treatment of early-onset ovarian dysfunction.
