摘要
目的:探究郑氏中医非手术治疗结合经络穴位放血疗法对破裂型腰椎间盘突出症(RLDH)急性期患者的影响。方法:随机选取RLDH急性期患者134例,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组67例。对照组患者予以传统非手术治疗方案,观察组则在对照组治疗方案的基础上加郑氏中医非手术治疗结合经络穴位放血疗法。比较治疗2周后,两组患者治疗效果;记录治疗前及治疗2周后,两组患者中医证候积分、临床症状[数字疼痛评分法(NRS量表)、Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI指数)]。比较治疗前、治疗1周后、治疗2周后,两组患者障碍状况[腰椎功能障碍问卷(RDQ问卷)]。结果:治疗2周后,观察组患者治疗有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗2周后较治疗前,两组患者临床症状(NRS量表、ODI指数)、中医证候积分评分均有下降,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗1周后、治疗2周后较治疗前,两组患者RDQ问卷评分均有降低,且观察组低于对照组。结论:郑氏中医非手术治疗结合经络穴位放血疗法能够帮助RLDH急性期患者具有较好的治疗效果,可缓解临床症状,改善腰椎障碍状况。
Objective:To explore the effects of ZHENG’s TCM non-surgical therapy combined with meridian acupoint bloodletting therapy on patients with acute stage of ruptured lumbar disc herniation(RLDH).Methods:134 patients with acute stage of RLDH were divided into the observation group and the control group by the random number table method,with 67 cases in each group.The control group was given traditional non-surgical treatment regimen,while the observation group was given ZHENG’s TCM non-surgical therapy combined with meridian acupoint bloodletting therapy on the basis of the control group.After 2 weeks of treatment,the therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.The TCM symptoms scores and clinical symptoms[Numerical Rating Scale(NRS),Oswestry Disability Index(ODI)]were recorded in the two groups of patients before treatment and after 2 weeks of treatment.The disability status[Roland-Morris Disability Questionnaire(RDQ)]of the two groups of patients was compared before treatment,after 1 week of treatment and after 2 weeks of treatment.Results:After 2 weeks of treatment,the effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of clinical symptoms(NRS scale,ODI index)and TCM symptoms in the two groups were decreased after 2 weeks of treatment compared to before treatment,and the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After 1 week of treatment and 2 weeks after treatment,the RDQ questionnaire scores in the two groups were decreased compared with those before treatment,and the score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group.Conclusion:ZHENG’s TCM non-surgical therapy combined with meridian acupoint bloodletting therapy can help achieve good therapeutic effects on patients with acute stage of RLDH,and can relieve clinical symptoms and improve lumbar disability status.
