校准化学需氧量(COD)测定仪用标准滤光器的定值与研制

摘要 基于朗伯-比尔定律原理的分光光度法化学需氧量(COD)测定仪,通常用COD溶液标准物质进行校准,本文通过实验,用COD溶液标准物质对应的吸光度值,选取均匀、稳定的标准滤光器,将溶液标准物质对应的吸光度值在标准滤光器上复现。结合筛选制作的标准滤光器性能特性和部分实验数据,分析并设计了满足校准化学需氧量(COD)测定仪的标准滤光器,为化学需氧量测定仪提供方便、快捷、环保的校准方法。 Based on the principle of Lambert-Beer law, the spectrophotometer chemical oxygen demand(COD) meter used to be calibrated by the reference material of COD solution.A uniform, stable and suitable standard filter is selected, and the corresponding absorbance value of the solution standard substance is reproduced on the standard filter.Based on the performance characteristics of the filter and some experimental data, a standard filter meeting the requirements of the calibration chemical oxygen demand measuring instrument is designed and analyzed, to provide a convenient, quick and environment-friendly calibration method for the chemical oxygen demand meter.
