摘要
农业和农村是强国之本,是我们国家国计民生的根基。党的十九届六中全会提出,要加大农业水利建设,实施高标准农田建设项目,保障国家粮食安全。“十四五”期间,我国经济社会发展将进入新阶段,因此我们要坚定不移贯彻新发展理念,实现我国农业产业规模化发展,加快构建发展第一产业的新格局,不断加强农田耕作,做好现代化农田建设工作。
Agriculture and rural areas are the foundation to strengthen our country and the foundation of our national economy and people’s livelihood. The Sixth Plenary Session of the 19th CPC Central Committee proposed to increase agricultural water conservancy construction, implement high-standard farmland construction projects, and ensure national food security. During the 14th Five Year Plan period, China’s economic and social development will enter a new stage. Therefore, we must unswervingly implement the new development concept, realize the largescale development of China’s agricultural industry, accelerate the construction of a new pattern for the development of the primary industry, constantly strengthen farmland cultivation, and do a good job in the construction of modern farmland.
