摘要
随着社会经济发展水平的不断提升,圆管带式输送机在工业生产的各个领域当中得到十分广泛的应用。同时,圆管带式输送机还体现出良好的环保性,在化工、冶金等领域均发挥出重要价值。在圆管带式输送机安装实践当中,应有效提升其输送效率以及运行质量,并将更多先进的关键技术手段引入其中,最大限度提升其安装质量与效果。基于此,该文从3个角度出发对圆管带式输送机安装展开讨论,首先是圆管带式输送机的基本概念,其次对圆管带式输送机安装施工加以分析,最后在分析总体系统安装的基础上重点对圆管带式输送机的过渡段进行分析。其中主要涉及过渡段长度的确定、过渡段托辊组、顶带装置、门架式压带机构以及过渡段桁架结构等方面,并从设备安装、施工工艺、仪器使用以及日常运行等方面入手,对圆管带式输送机安装的质量控制要点进行讨论,针对相关设备运行过程中存在的问题以及潜在影响因素提出相应的合理化建议,进而实现管带机结构形式的优化与运行可靠性的提升。
With the continuous improvement of social and economic development level, circular pipe belt conveyor has been widely used in various fields of industrial production. At the same time, the circular pipe belt conveyor also shows good environmental protection and plays an important role in the fields of chemical industry and metallurgy. In the installation practice of circular pipe belt conveyor, we should effectively improve its conveying efficiency and operation quality, and introduce more advanced key technical means to improve its installation quality and effect to the greatest extent. Based on this, this paper discusses the installation of circular pipe belt conveyor from three perspectives. First, the basic concept of circular pipe belt conveyor;Secondly, the installation and construction of circular pipe belt conveyor are analyzed. Based on the analysis of the overall system installation, the transition section of circular pipe belt conveyor is analyzed. It mainly involves the determination of the length of the transition section, the idler group of the transition section, the top belt device, the gantry belt pressing mechanism and the truss structure of the transition section. Starting from the aspects of equipment installation, construction technology, instrument use and daily operation, this paper discusses the key points of quality control for the installation of circular pipe belt conveyor, and puts forward corresponding reasonable suggestions for the problems existing in the operation of relevant equipment and potential influencing factors, Then the optimization of the structural form and the improvement of operation reliability of the pipe belt machine can be realized.
