摘要
目的 探讨国产耳廓矫形器对先天性耳廓形态畸形患儿的治疗效果。方法 2019年11月~2021年11月首都医科大学附属北京潞河医院耳鼻咽喉头颈颌面中心收治先天性耳廓畸形患儿45例(66耳),男24例(39耳),女21例(27耳)。根据患儿的年龄(出生日龄)分为A、B、C组,A组:≤10天,共20例(29耳);B组:11~30天,共10例(15耳);C组:>30天,共15例(22耳)。均采用国产"尔立美"耳廓矫形器进行矫治,并比较不同日龄组患儿的矫治时间、矫治效果、患儿家属满意度、并发症发生率。结果 三组患儿的性别、耳廓畸形侧别比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。三组患儿耳廓矫治时间、矫治效果比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中A、B两组患儿耳廓矫治时间低于C组,矫治效果等级高于C组(P<0.05),A、B两组患儿耳廓矫治时间、矫治效果差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。三组患儿并发症发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。患儿年龄与矫治时间呈正相关(P<0.05),与矫治效果等级呈负相关(P<0.05),患儿家属满意度与矫治效果等级呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论 国产耳廓矫形器对先天性耳廓畸形患儿矫治效果显著,矫治年龄越小,疗效越好,矫形器佩戴时间越短。矫治效果是影响患儿家属对耳廓矫治满意度的关键因素,矫治效果越好,家属满意度越高。
OBJECTIVE To evaluate the efficacy of Chinese ear moldings on correcting congenital auricular deformity of infants.METHODS Forty-five infants(sixty-six ears) with congenital auricular deformity from November 2019 to November 2021 were treated with Chinese ear moldings(labeled Earlimn) in Beijing Luhe Hospital affiliated to Capital Medical University.The infants were divided into group A,B and C according to their birth age.Group A:≤10 days,a total of 20 cases(29 ears);group B:11-30 days,a total of 10 cases(15 ears);group C:>30 days,a total of 15 cases(22 ears).All infants were corrected with Chinese ear moldings.The correction time,correction effects,complication rate of infants in different ages were recorded.Correction effects were evaluated by physician and the satisfaction degree were evaluated by family members.RESULTS There was no significant difference in gender and side of auricle deformity among the three groups(P>0.05).There was significant difference in auricle correction time and correction effect among three groups(P<0.05).Furthermore,the correction time and effect of auricle correction in group A and B were lower than those in group C(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in auricle correction time and correction effect between group A and B(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the complication rate among the three groups(P>0.05).Correction age was positively correlated with treatment days and negatively with efficacy-rating levels(P<0.05).The satisfaction of infants’ family members was positively correlated with efficacy-rating levels(P<0.05).CONCLUSION Chinese ear correction molding was demonstrated to be safe and effective for correcting congenital auricular deformity.Early treatment contributed to shortening treatment time and improving correction efficiency.The better the effect of correction,the higher the satisfaction of family members.
