摘要
为了解中国石斛产业专利现状,采用文献计量方法对1985—2022年2月申请的石斛发明专利进行了统计,并对发明专利申请时间、申请人类型和内容进行分析。结果表明:石斛发明专利申请始于1994年,后逐年递增,至2016年达到峰值。申报主体以企业和个人为主,累计占比达82.75%。申请内容主要集中在林业、农业、医学等方面。21世纪后,石斛研究由简单的种植逐步转向生物技术及医药用途等高精尖技术领域。
In order to understand the current situation of Dendrobium industry patents,Dendrobium invention patents applications made in China from 1985 to February 2022 were investigated through literature searches.For all existing patents,the application time,applicant type and content of the invention patent were analyzed.The results showed that patent applications for Dendrobium began in 1994,and then increased year by year,reaching a peak in 2016.The declaration subjects are mainly enterprises and individuals,accounting for 82.8%.The applications of the technologies covered by the patentsare mainly focused on forestry,agriculture,medicine,etc.Since the start of the 21st century,research onDendrobium has gradually shifted from simple cultivation to more advanced technology such as biotechnology and medical applications.
