摘要 生长调节因子(Growth-regulating Factors,GRFs)作为植物中特有的转录因子,参与调控植物的多个生长发育过程。GRF的典型特征为含有QLQ和WRC两个高度保守结构域。GRFs主要通过调节细胞增殖或扩张调控植物的叶片、根、茎、花和种子的初生生长,在次生生长、碳-氮代谢以及激素和非生物胁迫响应中也发挥了重要作用。本文主要综述了GRFs结构特征、调控形式及其在草本植物和木本植物中的生物学功能等方面的研究进展,为深入研究GRFs转录因子的功能提供一定基础。 Growth-regulated factors(GRFs),as unique transcription factors in plants,are involved in regulating multiple growth and development processes of plants.The typical feature of a GRF is that it contains two highly conserved domains of QLQ and WRC.GRFs mainly regulate the primary growth of leaves,roots,stems,flowers and seeds by regulating cell proliferation or expansion,and also play important roles in secondary growth,carbon-nitrogen metabolism and hormone and abiotic stress responses.This paper reviews the structural characteristics,regulatory forms and biological functions of GRFs in herbaceous and woody plants.This review provides a basis for further study of the function of GRFs transcription factors.
