摘要
环形带式输送机是一个同心圆输送机,结构原理类同直线带式输送机,由环形输送带缠绕在头尾锥形滚筒上组成圆形封闭环,环形输送带由上下锥形托辊支撑。环形带式输送机用于炼铁厂、炼钢厂烧结环形冷却机下方沿环形连续几十个双层卸灰阀接料用,然后由头部滚筒集中卸出,也用于包装、食品、化工、水泥、石料、煤炭等行业输送,输送能力大,密封节能环保。
The endless belt conveyor is a concentric circle conveyor,and its structural principle is similar to that of the linear belt conveyor,in which the endless belt is wound on the head and tail tapered rollers to form a circular closed loop,and the endless belt is supported by the upper and lower tapered rollers.The endless belt conveyor is used for receiving materials from dozens of continuous double-layer ash discharge valves along the ring below the sintering annular cooler in steel mills,and then being discharged from the head rollers in a centralized manner,so it is also used in industries such as packaging,food,chemical industry,cement,stone and coal.Endless belt conveyors have the advantages of large conveying capacity,good sealing performance,energy saving and environmental protection.
