摘要
生物多样性遗产图书馆(BHL)作为国际图书馆联盟的典型代表之一,是针对特定主题建立的,与“一带一路”图书馆联盟有诸多相似之处,其发展的成功经验对“一带一路”图书馆联盟具有重要的参考价值。BHL重视馆藏质量控制、多渠道采集资源、构建了有效的运行机制、重视营销和推广、注重用户参与以及拥有多来源的资金支持。结合BHL的发展经验,“一带一路”图书馆联盟应严格控制馆藏质量,提高资源价值;拓宽合作渠道,促进资源共建共享;重视用户需求,提升服务质量;加强营销与推广,扩大联盟影响力,以促进联盟的可持续发展。
As one of the typical representatives of international library alliance,the Biodiversity Heritage Library(BHL) is established for a specific theme,and has many similarities with the Belt and Road library alliance.Its successful development experience has important reference value for the Belt and Road library alliance.BHL attaches importance to collection quality control,multichannel resources acquisition,construction of an effective operation mechanism,marketing and promotion,user participation and it has financial support from many sources.Combined with the development experience of BHL,the Belt and Road library alliance should strictly control the quality of collections and improve the value of resources;expand cooperation channels and promote resource co-construction and sharing;focus on user needs and improve service quality;and strengthen marketing and promotion,maximize the influence of the alliance to promote the sustainable development of the alliance.
