摘要
以硫酸储罐为对象,探讨了聚四氟乙烯衬里使用中发现的问题,提出解决方案,并对后期使用、维护、设计等方面提出了相应的防范措施。
This paper analyzes the feasibility of using PTFE lining in sulfuric acid storage tank,and discusses the problems and repair methods of this type of storage tank in the process of use.According to the actual effect after repair,the corresponding solutions are verified,and relevant feasible suggestions are put forward for this type of equipment from the aspects of daily use,equipment design,construction technology,regular inspection,etc.
