摘要
根据粗细联输送系统生产线受外界干扰较多和输送过程控制系统对速度平稳运转的设计要求,设计了粗细联输送系统速度控制模型。选择传统PID控制和模糊PID控制作为控制速度的基础算法,在MATLAB中分别建立了输送系统拖链速度控制仿真模型,并对仿真模型进行了运行对比。结果表明:模糊PID控制算法在改善粗细联输送系统稳定性、动态反应性能以及对抗扰动的能力等方面均优于传统PID控制策略。认为:采用模糊PID控制策略能够有效完成粗细联输送系统的速度控制。
Speed control model of roving-spinning unit conveying system was designed according to design requirements of roving-spinning unit conveying system production line which was subject to more external interference and smooth operation of conveying process control system.Traditional PID control and fuzzy PID control were selected as the basic algorithms of speed control.Simulation models of conveying system drag chain speed control were established in MATLAB and the simulation models were compared.The results showed that fuzzy PID control algorithm was superior to traditional PID control strategy in improving stability,dynamic response performance and anti disturbance ability of roving-spinning unit conveying system.It is considered that the fuzzy PID control strategy can effectively complete speed control of roving-spinning unit conveying system.
