摘要
虽然农业机械的广泛应用弥补了传统生产模式的不足,在一定程度上提高了农业生产质量与效率,促进了农业生产现代化,但随着农业机械数量与种类的增加,传统管理模式已经不能满足现代农业机械管理的需要,无法适应现代化大农业生产的目标。农户机械化生产意识较为薄弱、缺乏富有农业生产实践经验的管理人员、农业机械管理体系尚未形成、跨区域联合作业尚不成熟等问题已经严重制约了农业生产效率与质量的进一步提升。通过梳理农业机械使用与管理现状,分别从农户专业技术能力、管理团队建设、农业机械管理体系构建、跨区域联合作业生产四方面针对性地提出对策,期望通过实现农业机械管理的升级与优化,促进农业生产现代化的实现,全面提高农业生产效率。
Although the wide application of agricultural machinery makes up for the shortcomings of the traditional production model,improves the quality and efficiency of agricultural production to a certain extent,and promotes the modernization of agricultural production,with the increase in the number and types of agricultural machinery,the traditional management model can no longer meet the needs of modern The needs of agricultural machinery management cannot meet the goals of modern large-scale agricultural production.Farmers’awareness of mechanized production is relatively weak,lack of management personnel with practical experience in agricultural production,agricultural machinery management system has not yet been formed,and cross-regional joint operations are not yet mature,which have seriously restricted the further improvement of agricultural production efficiency and quality.By sorting out the current situation of agricultural machinery use and management,this paper proposes targeted countermeasures from four aspects:farmers’professional and technical capabilities,management team building,agricultural machinery management system construction,and cross-regional joint production.and optimization,promote the realization of the modernization of agricultural production,and comprehensively improve the efficiency of agricultural production.
