摘要
直流融冰法是目前为止最有效的输电线路导线除冰方法。为将直流融冰法应用到地线的融冰,需研制专用的地线融冰接线装置。文章详细介绍了工程中使用的手动、自动和远控三代地线融冰接线装置的结构特点、更迭过程以及应用情况,提出了手动接线装置初步实现了导地线的短接,自动接线装置在大幅提高接线效率的同时,降低了工作人员的操作风险,远程控制系统实现了接线装置的集中管理。最后指出了下一步研究的方向,希望最终实现地线融冰的一键顺控。
DC melting ice method is the most effective deicing method for transmission lines.In order to apply DC ice-melting method to the ice-melting of ground wire,a special ice-melting wiring device for ground wire is needed.This paper introduces the structure features,replacement process and application of three ground wire deicing wiring device,which are used in engineering by means of manual,automatic and remote control.It concludes that the manual wiring device initially realizes the connection of the conductor and the ground wire,the automatic wiring device not only greatly improves the wiring efficiency,but also reduces the operation risk of the staff,and the Remote Control System realizes the centralized management of the wiring device.Finally,the further development direction of the ground wire ice-melting wiring device is analyzed,and it is hoped that one-key sequence control of ground wire ice-melting can be realized.
