全环境足尺路面加速加载设备控制系统设计

摘要 路面加速加载实验设备通过可控、重复的轮荷,对实际路面进行连续作用,在短时间内实现路面的累积破坏,模拟路面结构和材料的破坏规律,建立轮荷与材料服役性能之间关系。开发了一款具有自主知识产权的全球首台套集成温度、湿度、光照、淋雨等全环境的足尺路面加速加载设备。首先介绍了全环境足尺路面加速加载设备的整体结构组成,然后详细介绍了设备控制系统,最后利用该设备进行了实际实验。实验结果表明,全环境足尺路面加速加载设备人机界面友好,操作方便,实用性强且效率高。 The controlled and repeated wheel loading,which is applied by the pavement accelerated loading facility,continuously act on the actual road surface in order to damage the pavement in a short time,simulate the damage law of the pavement structure and material and establish the relationship between the loading and the pavement damage.A full-scale pavement accelerated loading facility is developed with independent intellectual property rights,which is the first facility integrated with temperature,humidity,light,rain and other environments in the world.Firstly the whole structure of the full-scale pavement accelerated loading facility is introduced in this paper.Secondly the control system of the equipment is illustrated in detail and finally the field experiments are carries out.The experimental results show that the facility has friendly man-machine interface,convenient operation,strong practicability and high efficiency.
