摘要
目的 通过筛选出有利于高校附属公立医院学科评估的临床医疗指标,为进一步构建更加全面的学科评估体系提供参考。方法 采用头脑风暴法、德尔菲法、层次分析法筛选评价指标,确定评估指标的权重和评价标准,构建用于学科评估的医疗指标体系。结果 通过两轮专家评估形成包含4个一级指标,8个二级指标,30个三级指标的医疗指标体系。应用后,通过筛选出的临床医疗指标可对学科发展进行客观评价。结论 指标的选取具有很强的代表性,能够反应学科建设临床诊疗方面的真实水平,更加全面合理地对公立医院学科建设做出评价。
Objective Through screening out the medical indicators that are beneficial to the discipline evaluation of public hospitals,it provides reference for constructing a more comprehensive discipline evaluation system.Methods The brainstorm method,Delphi method and Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) were used to screen evaluation indexes,determine the weight values of evaluation indexes and established the clinical evaluation index system for discipline construction.Results A revised system consisting of 4 primary indicators,8 secondary indicators and 30 tertiary indicators were established through two rounds of expert consultation,it can objectively reflect the discipline development.Conclusion The selection of indicators is highly representative which can objectively reflect the true level clinic treatment from the perspective of discipline construction,and construct a more comprehensive and reasonable evaluation system of public hospital.
