摘要
目的观察中药复方柴贝止痫汤的临床疗效及安全性。方法符合药物难治性癫痫西医诊断标准及中医辨证为痰气郁滞证的患者予柴贝止痫汤联合治疗12周,观察治疗后0~4周、5~8周、9~12周的癫痫发作次数及有效率,并列举典型案例。本文通过对典型病例的分析,进一步说明临床疗效和临证加减情况。结果癫痫发作次数在治疗后明显减低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗4周、8周、12周后的总有效率分别是60.5%、73.7%、76.3%。结论柴贝止痫汤治疗药物难治性癫痫安全有效,可显著降低癫痫发作频次。
Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of Chabei Zhixian Decoction in the treatment of drug-resistant epilepsy.Methods The patients with drug-resistant epilepsy and syndrome of stagnation of phlegm and qi were treated with Chabei Zhixian Decoction for 12 weeks.The frequency of epileptic seizures and the total response rate were recorded during 0–4,5–8,and 9–12 weeks.Typical cases were employed to further illustrate the effect and the modification of this prescription in clinical practice.Results The frequency of epileptic seizures decreased after the application of Chabei Zhixian Decoction(P<0.05).The total response rates after 4,8,and 12 weeks of treatment were 60.5%,73.7%,and 76.3%,respectively.Conclusion Chabei Zhixian Decoction can significantly reduce the frequency of epileptic seizures,being safe and effective in the treatment of drug-resistant epilepsy.
