摘要
针对常规除铁器无法有效脱除深埋煤流底部细小铁器的行业性难题,通过采取磁极单元化、网格化组合式创新理念,设计制作一种组合式多极电磁除铁器,将其安装在原煤分级筛筛面上方,利用物料在筛面上充分松散的特点,对煤流中掺杂的细小铁器进行吸附脱除。应用结果表明:该产品每日可清理细小铁器约20 kg,磁性杂物净化率可高达100%,每年可节约成本投入上百万元,同时还大大降低了职工的劳动强度,为促进重介选煤工艺的自动化、智能化开辟了新思路。
Aiming at the industrial problem that conventional iron removers cannot effectively remove small irons at the bottom of deep-buried coal streams,a combined multi-pole electromagnetic iron remover was designed and manufactured by adopting the innovative concept of magnetic pole unitization and grid combination.It is installed above the screen surface of the raw coal grading screen,and uses the characteristic that the material is sufficiently loose on the screen surface to adsorb and remove the small iron doped in the coal stream.The application results showed that the product could clean about 20 kg of small iron objects every day,the purification rate of magnetic debris could be as high as 100%,which can save millions of yuan in costs every year,at the same time,it also greatly reduces the labor intensity of employees,which opens up new ideas for promoting the automation and intelligence of the heavy medium coal preparation process.
