摘要
目的:观察针刀结合超短波治疗Quinnell分级Ⅲ~Ⅳ级屈指肌腱狭窄性腱鞘炎的临床疗效。方法:54例随机分为观察组28例与对照组26例。观察组用针刀配合超短波治疗,对照组用局部封闭治疗,比较临床疗效。结果:观察组VAS评分下降明显大于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组掌指关节屈曲活动度改善好于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:针刀结合超短波治疗Quinnell分级Ⅲ~Ⅳ级屈指肌腱狭窄性腱鞘炎起效迅速、远期疗效佳。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of acupotomy combined with ultrashort wave in the treatment of Quinnell grade Ⅲ-Ⅳ flexor tendon stenosing tenosynovitis. Methods: Fifty-four cases were randomly divided into observation group of 28 cases and control group of 26 cases. The observation group were treated with acupuncture combined with ultrashort wave, while the control group were treated with partial sealing. The clinical curative effects were compared.Results: The VAS score of the observation group decreased significantly more than that of the control group(P<0.05).The improvement of the flexion range of metacarpophalangeal joint in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05). The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: Acupuncture combined with ultrashort wave could treat Quinnell grade Ⅲ-Ⅳ flexor tendon stenosing tenosynovitis with rapid onset and good long-term effect.
