摘要
目的:观察真武汤合血府逐瘀汤辅治冠心病心力衰竭(CHF)对血液流变学、心功能及炎症因子的影响。方法:78例按照随机数字表法分为两组各39例。两组均用西医治疗,观察组加用真武汤合血府逐瘀汤联合治疗。结果:观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后FIB、全血低切黏度、全血高切黏度低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组LVEF高于对照组,LVESD、LVEDD低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组CRP、IL-6、TNF-α低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组均未出现严重不良反应。结论:中西医结合治疗冠心病CHF效果较好,且安全。
Objective::To observe the effect of Zhenwu Decoction and Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction on hemorheology,cardiac function and inflammatory factors in the adjuvant treatment of coronary heart failure(CHF).Methods:Seventy-eight cases were divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 39 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with western medicine,and the observation group were additionally treated with Zhenwu Decoction and Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the FIB,whole blood low shear viscosity and whole blood high shear viscosity of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).CRP,IL-6 and TNF-αwere lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There were no serious adverse reactions in either group.Conclusion:Integrative traditional Chinese and Western medicine is effective and safe in the treatment of CHF in coronary heart disease.
