摘要
目的 分析普拉洛芬滴眼液联合玻璃酸钠滴眼液治疗干眼患者的效果。方法 选取我院2019年1月至2020年1月干眼患者108例,其中53例84眼给予玻璃酸钠滴眼液为对照组,另55例85眼在对照组基础上给予普拉洛芬滴眼液为观察组,比较2组治疗效果、治疗前后泪液分泌试验(SIT)结果、泪膜破裂时间(BUT)、荧光素染色评分、眼部刺激症发生情况。结果 总有效率:观察组95.29%(81/85)较对照组85.71%(72/84)高(χ^(2)=4.524,P=0.033);SIT结果:治疗后观察组SIT较对照组高(t=5.117,P<0.001);BUT:治疗后观察组BUT较对照组短(t=7.243,P<0.001);荧光素染色评分:治疗后观察组荧光素染色评分较对照组低(t=9.470,P<0.001);眼部刺激症发生情况:两组比较无明显差异(μ=0.129,P=0.898)。结论 普拉洛芬滴眼液联合玻璃酸钠滴眼液治疗干眼患者效果确切,可改善临床症状,延长BUT,安全性高。
Objetive To analyze the effect of pranoprofen eye drops combined with sodium hyaluronate eye drops in the treatment of dry eye patients.Methods 108 cases of dry eye patients in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected.Among them,84 eyes of 53 cases were given sodium hyaluronate eye drops as the control group,and 85 eyes of 55 cases were given pranoprofen eye drops on the basis of the control group as the observation group.The treatment effects,Schirmer I test(SIT) results,tear film break-up time(BUT),fluorescein staining score before and after treatment,and occurrence of eye irritation were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate:95.29%(81/85) of the observation group was higher than 85.71%(72/84) of the control group(χ^(2)=4.524,P=0.033).SIT results:After treatment,the SIT of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(t=5.117,P <0.001).BUT:The BUT of the observation group after treatment was shorter than that of the control group(t=7.243,P <0.001).Fluorescein staining score:The fluorescein staining score of the observation group after treatment was lower than that of the control group(t=9.470,P <0.001).The occurrence of eye irritation:There was no significant difference between the two groups(μ=0.129,P=0.898).Conclusion Pranoprofen eye drops combined with sodium hyaluronate eye drops are effective in treating dry eye patients,which can improve clinical symptoms,prolong BUT,and with high safety.
