摘要
研究了压下率对不同铝硅镀层厚度(AS40、AS80、AS150)热成形钢热处理前后镀层结构的影响。实验结果表明:经轧制后,轧硬态镀层厚度减薄率与设定压下率相近;随着压下率增加,硬相Fe-Al-Si合金层出现不连续以及破碎现象,镀层最外层Al-Si层相与基体有直接接触现象。经热处理镀层与基体相互扩散,AS80和AS150镀层不连续以及破碎现象得到修复;AS40镀层因Fe-Al-Si合金层破碎严重,镀层不连续及破碎现象依旧明显,不适宜开展变厚度轧制。
This paper studied the effect of reduction rate on the coating structure of aluminum silicon steel with different thickness(AS40,AS80,AS150) before and after heat treatment.The experiment results show that after rolling,the thickness of hard rolling coating is close to the set reduction rate.With the increase of the reduction rate,the hard Fe-Al-Si alloy layer shows discontinuity and breakage,and the outermost Al-Si layer of the coating has direct contact with the matrix.After heat treatment,coating and matrix diffused each other,and the discontinuity and breakage of AS80 and AS150 coatings were repaired.AS40 coating is not suitable for variable thickness rolling due to the serious breakage of Fe-Al-Si alloy layer and the obvious discontinuity and breakage of coating layer.
