摘要
针对台州市域铁路S1线的技术特点和建设需求,研发具有自主知识产权的钢管混凝土双块式轨枕,创新了轨枕块之间、轨枕块与道床之间的连接方式,提出钢管混凝土双块式轨枕灌注材料性能指标,形成轨枕制造技术,实现批量化生产;基于钢管混凝土双块式轨枕,研发适用于市域铁路轻量化、经济型的无砟轨道结构,并开展无砟轨道实尺模型室内试验,验证了无砟轨道结构设计的合理性与可靠性。
Based on the technical characteristics and construction requirements of Taizhou Urban Railway Line S1,the concrete-filled steel-tube double-block sleeper with independent intellectual property rights is developed,a new mode of connection between sleeper blocks and between sleeper blocks and track beds is introduced,and the performance indicators of concrete-filled steel-tube double-block sleeper pouring materials are proposed to form sleeper manufacturing technology and realize mass production.Based on the concrete-filled steel-tube double-block sleeper,a lightweight and cost-effective ballastless track structure applicable to urban railways is developed,and indoor tests of full-scale models of ballastless track are carried out to verify the rationality and reliability of the structure design of ballastless track.
