摘要
在新时期国土空间规划体系改革的背景下,对各类“一张图”逐步整合为国土空间规划“一张图”,对国土空间规划的数据整合、数据共享、数据价值挖掘以及数据应用服务提出了新的要求。本文从实际出发,构建市级国土空间规划“一张图”,探讨了国土空间规划体系下的“一张图”发展新要求,阐述了国土空间规划“一张图”建设的框架、定位、标准规范、数据库以及应用服务等内容,深化了“一张图”服务于规划编制、规划管理以及规划监测预警评估等方面的实际业务应用,为其他城市开展此项工作提供借鉴作用。
Under the background of the reform of territorial space planning system in the new era,various"One Map"are gradually integrated into"One Map"of territorial space planning,which puts forward new requirements for data integration,data sharing,data value mining and data application services of territorial space planning.Based on the actual situation,this paper constructed the"One Map"of the municipal territorial space planning,discussed the new requirements for the development of"One Map"under the territorial space planning system,and expounded the framework,positioning,standards and norms,database and application services of the construction of"One Map"of the territorial space planning.The practical business application of"One Map"in planning compilation,planning management,planning monitoring,early warning and evaluation has been deepened,providing reference for other cities to carry out this work.
