摘要 目的 为护理学专业师生设计一次性输液器排液装置,并探讨其在静脉输液实训教学中的应用效果。方法 设计制作由1台空气压缩机、1根长塑胶软管、1把空气喷枪、1根硅胶软管及1根PVC三通管组成的一次性输液器排液装置。以广西中医药大学护理学院350名2019级护理学专业本科生作为研究对象,将其分为对照组(n=175)和观察组(n=175)。对照组使用打气筒打气的方式对于重复使用的一次性输液器进行排液,观察组使用设计制作的一次性输液器排液装置进行输液。实训结束后,比较两组学生静脉输液操作考试成绩及观察组患者对装置的使用反馈。结果静脉输液操作考试中,观察组成绩高于对照组(P<0.05);且排气环节扣分值低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组175名使用排液装置的学生中,排液稳定者占60%,排液情况不稳定者占32%,排液失败者占8%。结论 一次性输液器排液装置可方便、快速地排尽一次性输液器内的液体,与打气筒打气排液方法相比,能有效提高学生的静脉输液操作练习效果,同时可减少资源浪费。 ObjectiveTo design a disposable infusion set drainage device for nursing teachers and students and explore its effects in intravenous infusion practical teaching.MethodsA disposable infusion set drainage device was designed and fabricated, which consisted of an air compressor, a long plastic hose, an air spray gun, a silicone hose and a PVC tee fitting. A total of 350 undergraduates majoring in nursing who began their program in 2019 were selected from Guangxi University of Chinese Medicine.They were divided into the control group(n=175) and the observation group(n=175). In the control group,an inflator was used to drain a reused disposable infusion set, while in the observation group, the designed disposable infusion set drainage device was used. After the practical training, the scores of intravenous infusion practice examination were compared between the two groups and feedback on the use of the drainage device was received from the observation group.ResultsIn the intravenous infusion practice examination, the score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05), and the score deducted for air exhaust was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05). Of the 175 students in the observation group who used the drainage device, 60% had stable drainage, 32% had unstable drainage, and 8% had failed drainage.ConclusionThe disposable infusion set drainage device can easily and quickly drain the liquid in the disposable infusion set. Compared with the inflator, the device can improve the effect of intravenous infusion practice for students, and reduce the waste of resources.
