摘要
针对基于虚拟信号注入的内嵌式永磁同步电机最大转矩电流比控制策略存在准确性较低、响应速度慢的问题,提出一种改进的虚拟直流信号注入法的控制策略。通过设定虚拟信号自适应律,根据不同工况的需求,实时更新在dq轴注入直流信号的方向,并进一步建立虚拟功率模型,在具有自适应律的虚拟直流信号的响应下,利用虚拟功率响应中的信息实现电机MTPA工作点的跟踪。与此同时,通过建立小扰动模型和李雅普诺夫函数,深入分析了控制参数对MTPA跟踪性能的影响,可通过对系统控制的调节有效减少因系统稳态振荡产生的转矩变化,验证了虚拟直流信号注入法在极值处的局部稳定性。仿真结果表明:新方法在不产生额外转矩扰动的情况下,能弥补传统直流信号注入法的误差,在保证控制精度的同时合理简化算法,可适用于不同工况下的MTPA控制。
Aiming at the problems of low accuracy and slow response of the maximum torque current ratio control strategy of embedded permanent magnet synchronous motor based on virtual signal injection, an improved control strategy of virtual DC signal injection method is proposed in this paper. By setting the virtual signal adaptive law, the direction of dc signal injected in DQ axis is updated in real time according to the requirements of different working conditions, and the virtual power model is further established. Under the response of the virtual DC signal with adaptive law, the information in the virtual power response is used to realize the tracking of the motor MTPA working point. At the same time, by establishing the small disturbance model and Lyapunov function, the influence of control parameters on the tracking performance of MTPA is deeply analyzed. The torque variation caused by steady oscillation can be effectively reduced by adjusting the system control, and the local stability of the virtual DC signal injection method at the extreme value is verified. The simulation results show that the proposed method makes up for the error of the traditional DC signal injection method without generating additional torque disturbance, ensures the control accuracy and simplifies the algorithm reasonably, and can be applied to MTPA control under different working conditions.
