潮汐能发电机组升压变压器选型设计探讨

摘要 本文重点从负载变化、谐波、环境影响三方面分析了潮汐能发电机组升压变压器独特的使用要求,据此提出了在选型设计时应考虑的因素,具体从防腐与防护、铁芯设计、谐波电压、容量等方面详细叙述了选型和设计要求。结合实际工程数据列举了容量选取的有关验证计算过程,重点分析了谐波电流、谐波电压对变压器制造和运行的影响,最后从节能减碳的角度提出了创新应用思路并加以推广。对潮汐能变压器选型、设计和制造将具有普遍的指导和借鉴意义。 The unique application requirements of step-up transformers for tidal power generators are analyzed from three aspects:the load variation,the harmonics,and the environmental impact.Factors that should be considered in the selection and design are proposed,and the selection and design requirements are described in detail from the aspects of corrosion protection,core design,harmonic voltage,capacity and so on.Combined with actual engineering data,the verification calculation process of capacity selection is listed.The influence of harmonic current and harmonic voltage on the manufacture and operation of the transformer is analyzed.Finally,from the perspective of energy conservation and carbon emission reduction,innovative application ideas are proposed and promoted,which can serve as a general guidance and reference point for the selection,design and manufacture of transformers for tidal energy generation.
