摘要
永磁同步电机(PMSM)的退磁故障限制了其在高可靠性装备中的广泛应用,如何及时检测PMSM的退磁故障显得非常重要。针对检测PMSM退磁故障引起的径向漏磁信号幅值较小且在处理中易出现端点效应的难题,提出了一种将经验小波变换(EWT)和Hilbert-Huang变换(HHT)结合的方法进行PMSM局部退磁故障诊断。首先采用多项式差值对径向漏磁信号进行全局趋势变换,放大其特征。随后采用极值滤波的方式进行EWT分解,通过分解后的本征模态函数(imf)的幅值判断退磁发生与否。最后通过对各次imf进行Hilbert-Huang变换得到的HHT图判断退磁故障发生的具体位置。研究结果表明该方法与经验模态分解(EMD)相比有效规避了端点效应和模态混叠,且具有良好的准确性,可以判断局部退磁故障的发生及其发生位置。
Demagnetization faults in permanent magnet synchronous motors(PMSM)limit their widely usage in in high reliability machine applications.Therefore,it is very important to detect the demagnetization fault of PMSM in time.In order to solve the problem of small amplitude of radial leakage field of PMSM and endpoint effect will occur in processing caused by demagnetization fault.This paper proposes a method that combines empirical wavelet transform(EWT)and Hilbert-Huang transform(HHT)for PMSM non-uniform demagnetization fault diagnosis.First,use the polynomial difference to make a global trend change on the signal,and amplify its eigenvalues.Then,the extreme filtering is used for EWT decomposition.Determine whether demagnetization occurs or not by the amplitude of the intrinsic mode function(imf).Finally,the specific location of the local demagnetization fault is judged by the HHT map obtained by the Hilbert-Huang transformation of each imf.The research results show that this method effectively avoids endpoint effect and modal aliasing compared with empirical mode decomposition(EMD).Moreover,this method has good accuracy,and can effectively determine the occurrence of local demagnetization failure and determine its occurrence location.
