摘要
质量安全是农产品冷链物流业快速发展的根本保证。建立一套完整的质量管理体系,通过事前预防、事中控制和事后改进可以有效确保冷链农产品供应的安全性。文章结合海南省农产品冷链物流发展的现状及特点,以HACCP管理体系的思想全面分析农产品冷链生产加工、储存、运输、销售等环节的危害因素和关键控制点,并对海南农产品冷链物流的质量管理体系构建提出相应的对策建议,以期更好地促进海南农产品冷链物流发展。
The quality and safety is the fundamental guarantee for the rapid development of agricultural cold-chain logistics industry. Establishing a complete quality management system can effectively ensure the safety of cold-chain agricultural products supply through prevention, in-process control and post improvement. Combined with the current situation and characteristics of the development of cold-chain logistics of agricultural products in Hainan Province, this paper comprehensively analyzes the hazard factors and key control points of production, processing, storage, transportation and sales with the idea of HACCP management system, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for the construction of the quality system of cold-chain logistics of agricultural products in Hainan, in order to better promote the development of cold-chain logistics of agricultural products in Hainan.
