摘要
《JJG948-1999数字式电动振动试验系统检定规程》实施将近20年,原规程已不能覆盖电动振动试验系统的性能和计量要求的问题,2018年8月正式实施了《JJG948-2018电动振动试验系统检定规程》。文章简述了新版规程中一些改动和与旧版规程的差别,分别对控制器通道一致性、正弦振动增加的低频段频率点、高频段频率点和扫频速率、频响特性的测量、随机振动动态范围谱形设置、增加的随机振动检定项目和典型冲击中不同加速度值和时间脉宽的计算方法等检定项目做了简单的介绍,并提出注意事项,为广大的计量检定人员提供了技术参考。
The Verification Regulation of JJG948-1999 digital electrodynamic vibration test system has been implemented for nearly 20 years. The original regulation can not cover the problems of the performance and measurement requirements of the electrodynamic vibration test system, so in August 2018, the verification regulation of JJG948-2018 electric vibaration test system was carried out. The article briefly describes some of the changes in the new edition and the differences from the old edition, the paper gives a brief introduction to the consistency of the channel of the controller, the frequency points in the low frequency band, the frequency points in the high frequency band, and the sweep, the measurement of the frequency resonse characteristics, the spectral configuration of the dynamic range of the randonm vibration, the added items of the randon vibration verification and the calculation methods of the diffenent acceleration values and time pulse width in the typical impact. For the vast numbet of metrological verification personnel to provide a technical reference.
