摘要
律师队伍作为依法治国的一支重要力量,在推进法治社会建设方面发挥着重要作用。作为律师的执业机构,律师事务所同样肩负着维护社会公平正义的重大使命。某种意义上,律师事务所的治理水平决定了法治国家、法治社会的建设水平。然而,我国多数律所在管理中面临着诸多难题,如治理结构不科学、管理理念不先进、管理模式较原始、管理方式较粗糙、管理程序较混乱等。旨在以公司化创新为视角探索优化律所管理的实践路径,通过对公司化管理进行背景介绍、战略分析,从而对律所公司化管理进行本土化设计和结构化改造,以提升我国律所的治理水平。
As an important force of ruling the country by law, lawyers play an important role in promoting the construction of a society ruled by law. As the practice organization of lawyers, law firms also shoulder the great mission of maintaining social fairness and justice. In a sense, the governance level of law firms determines the construction level of the country and society ruled by law. However, most law firms in China are faced with many difficulties in management, such as unscientific governance structure, unadvanced management concept, primitive management mode, rough management mode and chaotic management procedures. This paper aims to explore the practical path to optimize the management of law firms from the perspective of corporate innovation. Through background introduction and strategic analysis of corporate management, the localized design and structural transformation of corporate management of law firms are carried out to improve the governance level of law firms in China.
