DSA步进式血管造影技术在下肢动脉硬化性疾病介入诊疗中的临床应用效果 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探究在下肢动脉硬化性疾病介入诊疗中,选择应用DSA步进式血管造影技术的临床效果。方法:按照随机抽签的方式,将在我院接受介入诊疗的86例下肢动脉硬化性疾病患者进行平分,根据检查方式的不同,分别应用DSA步进式血管造影技术(n=43),以及应用传统分段DSA检查(n=43),开展时间为2021年1月至2022年4月。将两种检查方式对患者的病变程度检查和预后情况、造影剂使用量和检查时间、患者不良反应以及图像质量优良率进行对照。结果:在DSA步进式血管造影技术所检查的43例患者中,均一次注入造影剂完成检查;在传统分段DSA技术所检查的43例患者中,需要分段多次造影;两组患者均存在不同程度的动脉粥样硬化性血管狭窄或闭塞,对于属于严重的动脉粥样硬化患者,均接受球囊扩展,或者予联合支架术等对症治疗,患者在术后的者足背部温度、足背部脉搏以及血供情况恢复良好;与传统分段DSA检查相比,DSA步进式血管造影技术的造影剂使用量和检查时间明显更少(P<0.05);在不良反应发生率对照上,DSA步进式血管造影技术、传统分段DSA检查分别为2.33%、9.30%,前者明显低于后者,存在可比性(P<0.05);在图像质量优良率对照上,DSA步进式血管造影技术、传统分段DSA检查分别为97.67%、88.37%,前者明显高于后者,存在可比性(P<0.05)。结论:在下肢动脉硬化性疾病介入诊疗中,与应用传统分段DSA检查相比,选择应用DSA步进式血管造影技术在缩短检查时间、减少造影剂使用量以及提升造影图像等方面具有明显优势,且患者的不良反应更少,安全性较高。 Objective: To study the clinical effect of the DSA stepping angiography technology in the interventional diagnosis and treatment of lower extremity arteriosclerosis disease. Methods: 86 patients with lower extremity arteriosclerosis disease who underwent interventional diagnosis and treatment in our hospital were selected by random drawing and then divided equally. The DSA stepping angiography technology(n=43) and traditional segmented DSA examination(n=43) were applied respectively according to different examination methods from January 2021 to April 2022. The clinical differences of the two examination methods were compared, including the degree of lesion and prognosis of patients, the amount of contrast medium used, time of examination, the adverse reactions of patients and the good rate of image quality. Results: For the 43 patients examined by the DSA stepping angiography technology, the examinations were completed by injecting contrast medium at one time;while for the 43 patients examined by the traditional segmented DSA technology, multiple segmented angiography was needed;different degrees of atherosclerotic vascular stenosis or occlusion were found in both groups of patients. Patients with severe atherosclerosis were symptomatically treated with balloon dilatation or combined stenting. After operation, the temperature, pulse and blood supply of the instep of patients recovered well. Compared with the traditional segmented DSA examination, the use amount of contrast medium and examination time of the DSA stepping angiography technology were evidently less(P <0.05). In terms of the contrast of adverse reaction rate, the DSA stepping angiography technology and traditional segmented DSA technology were 2.33% and 9.30% respectively, with the former being significantly lower than the latter, which was comparable(P<0.05).
