摘要
文章建立了高效液相色谱-串联质谱(LC-MS/MS)法快速检测保健酒中的非法添加成分-抗风湿类关节炎类药物(阿司匹林、双氯芬酸钠、布洛芬、吲哚美辛)。找到母离子、子离子及对应的最优的质谱采集碎片的去簇电压(DP)、碰撞能量(CE)及流动相得到最佳响应值。通过比较标准品和样品的离子对比率及保留时间定性定量,检测了21批保健酒中非法添加物质这4种物质的含量,其中1批阿司匹林有检出,为阳性。
A high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(LC-MS/MS)method was developed for the rapid detection of anti-rheumatoid arthritis drugs(aspirin,diclofenac sodium,ibuprofen and indomethacin),which were illegal additives in health wine.The optimal response values of parent ion,daughter ion and corresponding debris de-clustering voltage(DP),collision energy(CE)and mobile phase were obtained.By comparing the mass spectrometry fragments and retention time of standard and sample,the contents of four substances illegally added in 21 batches of health wine were qualitatively and quantitatively determined.Among them,one batch of aspirin was positive.
